Austin spends lots of time exploring how groups learn, innovate, and evolve their identities, an interest he explores for Comcast Interactive Media where he works as a Senior Information Architect.

In his off-time, Austin works as a development editor for Boxes and Arrows, volunteers with the Information Architecture Institute, and writes about better products, better teams, and better experience at his blog, Thinking and Making.
